A. To find a specific product, please use our product search feature that can be found in the upper right side of any page. Simply type in the product's item number exactly as it appears in the catalog or magazine, (for example: 7002W) and hit the 'Go' button to submit your search. Q. What is Elegant Weddings & Gifts policy on returns and replacements? A. Unfortunately due to the fact that most of our products are intended for a one time usage we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All sales are final. Should you receive a damaged item, please e-mail us at: customerservice@elegantweddingsandgifts.com. We will send out a replacement at no charge. When you receive your replacement shipment, you will find a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker), or CT (Call Tag). Following the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us. Do not include anything else in your return shipment. Q. Can I have items engraved or embroidered? A. Elegant Weddings & Gifts offers complimentary personalization on specific items. The format for personalization is shown on each item. Our complimentary personalization is only available in the font and format shown. No exceptions. Please note the following table for personalization styles: Name: Margie Single Initial: S Initials: MSR (First Initial, Middle Initial, Last Initial. All same size letters.)
